Being a student, I constantly find myself surrounded by pints. It sort of comes with the job ya know? Anyways, there have been a few nasty scares over the past couple of years. I even once somehow managed to drop my phone into a full pint. Having the Xperia Z1 while I’m out doing student like activities would really put my mind at ease so that I wouldn’t have to worry about losing another phone. Hopefully my luck will be in this time!

  • done done and done and the fingers are crossed πŸ˜‰

  • Would love to win this as the one I have is ready to meet with the wall, Every time I send a message it locks/freezes and to get it working again I’ve to remove the back, remove the battery, replace the battery, put the cover back on and turn it on again. What a piece of s@#t. So a Sony Xperia Z1 is something I just dream about and YOU could make my dreams come true πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ <3

  • I’ve followed, liked, shared, tweeted, google+ed – the whole shebang! I’d love to win this amazing bit of kit because, as I total gadget freak, I’d appreciate how fabulous it truly is. It would have a good home & be nurtured & loved – OK – used & abused; but in the best possible way.
P.S. Did I tell you how great you look today? (if all else fails – use flattery.)

  • Why should I win this phone above anyone else? Well, I am a huge technology obsessed freak geek and I’m always looking to get my hands on the latest tech goodness that’s out there. The Xperia Z1 is an absolute beast of a phone and I simply NEED to have it in my possession. Imagine all those ”artistic” photos I could take and upload to Instagram with that 20.7 megapixel camera sensor (and it has a built in filter feature – how convenient). The face recognition in pics is also a nice touch, with the Z1 offering to associate a name with every photo you take, then sorting the results into photos based by person (so I can instantly embarrass my friends). So, to fuel all my photo taking and Instagram uploading, Twitter and Facebook use, I’ll be backed up by a huge 3,000mAh capacity battery. Even better the phone is LTE and 4G ready so I can tweet and upload without being slowed down. Is there anything else that a tech obsessed guy like me could possibly dream of? The phone is waterproof sure what else could one possibly need on top of all these features. I need this phone. I’ve liked, shared, google+’d, tweeted and commented and I don’t plan on stopping any time soon! I’ll do anything it takes to win this phone.

  • Hugh McGowan says:

My current and first smartphone is a sony (the last three sony phones i had were not so smart). Here’s the thing though, it’s on its last legs, every day could be it’s last but I can’t afford to get a shiny new phone because I have literally no money (college fees have seen to that) also if I don’t win this one I may explode (that’s a distinct medical possibility, top scientists have confirmed it!). If you don’t want my blood on your hands (as well as the floor and walls cause there’s a lot in there) you should let me win this one.

  • RayF says:

Liked and Shared and fingers crossed, would make a great Christmas present !

  • Rose B says:

Firstly great prize! So I received my first smartphone a little over a year ago, I guess I was jealous of all these people texting, tweeting, snapchatting, egg timing, spotifying etc. etc. so I decided to join the fold (with the help of a fantastic techy friend too!). We’ve had such a great year together, from timing the egg first thing in the morning, messaging friends and family morning, noon and night and capturing photos of my niece and nephews, windsurfing buddies and those beautiful Galway sunsets. I realised that the phone was the ideal wedding date, gone were the days of having to find a bag large enough to fit my very decent but bulky camera and phone, also my sat nav had started to get very dusty too as the phone was there for me, even lighting my way home on dark nights. But we were recently separated (with the help of some sticky fingers!! and while I’m due an upgrade my provider will move me to another priceplan and there is no way I’m letting go of the one I have!) so I’ve been researching and saving and hope and praying that inspiration would tell me what phone to get (and that the tips in work this week will be good enough so I can splash the cash). But by winning a very lovely Z1 my poor addled brain would be free to return to more mundane matters as I would be so happy with the new phone and no longer confused by what’s out there. THE END! thanks and best of luck with the blog πŸ˜€

  • I dropped my ‘what I thought was indestructible’ phone last weekend and the touchscreen is broken now so I am unfortunately phoneless…..a new Sony Xperia Z1 is just what I need! πŸ™‚

  • Amruta says:

If I win It would be the best christmas gift ever I get.Finger crossed.
