The Logitech X100 is a nifty little speaker designed for people on the go, and after a few weeks of testing, it’s safe to say it doesn’t disappoint.
With a five hour battery life, Bluetooth and a 3.5mm jack if you don’t have a Bluetooth-connected device, it’s a versatile speaker in a small package.
The X100 is kind of rubber coated and is very stylish, being available in five different colour combos (Yellow/Purple, Pink/Purple, Orange/Blue, Grey and Cyan, although they call the Cyan Green for some reason).
For such a small speaker, the sound is surprisingly powerful, and while the bass isn’t mind-blowing, the highs aren’t too tinny and it can reach an impressive volume without distortion. overall the sound it produces is great.
Also included is a small string with a very strong clasp, meaning you can tie the speaker to your belt loop, backpack or door handle, making it really portable.
It’s hard to find a fault with the X100, it provides great sound in an attractive and small package while being easy to connect to and set up, all for only €49 – it’s easy to recommend.
