Yesterday, PlayStation finally announced what games you’ll be playing for free this month as part of the new PlayStation Plus line up. It’s the latest we’ve seen a PlayStation Plus line-up announced but it’s still a good one:

OlliOlli 2: Welcome to Olliwood (PS4/PS Vita)

The sequel to one of the best sports indie games out there, Olli Olli too hits PS4 and PS Vita via PlayStation Plus. With a new Las-Vegas style setting, the gameplay has been upgraded too. OlliOlli 2 now includes manuals, reverts, revert manuals and grind switching to make the game harder (or more fun) than ever before. This should result in some fantastic YouTube videos!

CounterSpy (PS4/PS3/PS Vita)

Time to join the C.O.U.N.T.E.R. agency. CounterSpy is a stealth game where you try and stop two different groups from trying to nuke the moon. Time to sabotage some devices! It features classic 2D gameplay mixed with 3D combat. Leaderboards also keep it competitive as you can be the best spy out there. It’s crossplay and also connects with the iOS/Android versions of CounterSpy making it one of the most ubiquitous PlayStation titles ever.

Oddworld: New ‘n’ Tasty (PS4)

Oddworld: New ‘n’ Tasty is a ground-up remake of the classic Oddworld: Abe’s Oddysee game. With new visuals and better controls, it’s a loving testament to a PlayStation classic.

Valiant Hearts – The Great War (PS4)

Ubisoft’s Valiant Hearts : The Great War is a beautiful tale of four crossed stories, a broken love in a broken, 2D comic book style world. It mixes exploration, adventure, puzzles and action. If you’re a comic book fan, check this out.

Papo and Yo (PS3)

Papa and Yo is a beautiful tale of a young boy and his scary monster. It’s a puzzle adventure game set in a magical world with a unique gameplay hook. To progress, you’ll need to use your monster’s emotions to explore the world. It’s a unique proposition and it’s the type of game that’s perfect for PlayStation Plus. Amazing games you might not have picked up otherwise.

Sherlock Holmes: Crimes and Punishments (PS3)

Sherlock Holmes needs no introduction. In this tale, you’ll solve six difference cases. They might be a murder, a theft or something even more unique. You’ll be able to conduct your own investigations, question those you’re interested and name the guilty parties. You’re allowed a lot of freedom to be Sherlock but remember, with great power comes…
