You might have missed the latest teaser for Halo 5: Guardians as it premiered during The Walking Dead’s latest episode over in the US on Sunday night but never fear, we have it for you. 343’s Industries newest Halo sequel is seeminly taking a different, darker route.

Halo 5 Bullet TeaserThe ‘Bullet’ teaser brings a humanising tone to Master Chief, flashing emotion evoking words on a bullet before it strikes the Chief for a good old’ headshot. You might want to pause this video lots to find out more about what Master Chief might face this time around. You can view the trailer below.

The teaser is available online but in true Halo fashion, it’s a little bit different. The ‘Hunt The Truth’ tumblr site is written under the guise of a war-reporter with weekly updates on the chief. It’ll also feature an episodic narrative audio series detailing the chief. The war reporter in question is Keegan-Michael Key (“Key and Peele”) who’s character will be unveiling the truths behind Master Chief and will make people really question one of gaming’s biggest heroes.

The tumblr site will be updated each week with podcasts and more but if you’d like to subscribe, you can do so via your podcast app of choice. There will be 12 of them leading up to a full reveal at E3 in June. To find out more, visit HuntTheTruth.tumblr.com
