Toshiba have just announced a new European initiative to coincide with the launch of their new Portégé Z20t 2-in-1 laptop and tablet. The campaign introduces Toshiba’s new Buy and Try Satisfaction Guarantee and will be helped along with some new press adverts and microsites. With the new Buy and Try Satisfaction Guarantee, customers are able to test if the Portégé Z20t completely meets their requirements and if not, are eligible for a refund within 30 days.

This latest initiative from Toshiba helps support Toshiba’s Reliability Guarantee programme to offer businesses complete peace of mind when thinking of picking up a new laptop. Reliability Guarantee offers customers their money back and a free of charge repair in case of any faults that occur within the first year of purchase.

“According to Gartner, in the long run, SMB spending will be consistent in the range between 4.6% and 5% from 2016.[2] Taking this into account and the limited IT support that SMBs have in-house, we want to continue to enable businesses to try new technologies and form factors that they otherwise may not have considered” said Neil Bramley, SMB Director – Europe, Lifestyle Products and Services Group at Toshiba Europe. “As a result, we are confident that the Buy and Try programme will prove to be a favourable, no risk option for SMBs to embrace the latest technology.”

The Toshiba Buy and Try Satisfaction Guarantee offers businesses to purchase the Portégé Z20t with a money-back guarantee if the product is not to their complete satisfaction or does not meet their requirements. To qualify, customers must purchase a Portégé Z20t between 1st June 2015 and 31st August 2015 and register for a standard warranty within 14 days. If the customer changes their mind during the first 30 days, they then have the option to return the product – along with complete packaging and all supplied accessories – to receive a full refund.

The Portégé Z20t is a detachable 31.75 cm (12.5”) laptop and tablet in one. With a battery life of up to 17 hours, the Portégé Z20t has some impressive credentials when it come to the ‘all-day battery’ department. Features include handwriting recognition for note-taking, a reversible dock to enable presentation mode, and a Full HD touchscreen.

Built around the Intel Core M processor, the Portégé Z20t offers a powerful system with up to 256 GB of SSD space and up to 8 GB of LPDDR3 memory.
