Here in TheEffect.Net HQ, we love our tech but, not surprisingly, we also love our beer (cider, stout, lager; you name it, we drink it!) so when we heard about an Irish start up company developing “The World’s Coolest Beer Glass”, you could definitely say our interest was piqued.

Currently trying to raise funds on their Kickstarter page, the guys in Igloo Glass have been working on a glass that, with the use of NASA technology, is said to keep any liquid (AKA beer) held in the glass at a much lower temperature for much longer than a standard run-of-the-mill beer glass.

Their target of €40K, of which they’ve already raised €9.5K) will go towards the mass production of these unique looking glasses with Spring 2017 set as the shipping date right now. We could go on about the various stages that the guys have gone through to get to this point but we feel their promo video does a much better job.

So if you’ve been looking for a beer glass that keeps your pint cold right down to the last drop, I think we’ve found the answer! Be sure to support the guys and hopefully the days of warm pints can forever be in the past!
